You can add a biography on Spotify via Spofity for Artists (previously Spotify Fan Insights), the 'dashboard' for artists that gives you insight into statistics for your releases.

A Spotify biography can have a maximum of 1500 characters. It is possible to add a link to a Wikipedia page in your bio.
